Unprofessional and very unpleasant services rendered!

Related to Kitchen Staff! We were waiting for our order 40 plus minutes. We requested that we would like to know when our Pizza's would be finished. The kitchen staff was very verbal in regards to our order and remarks were made that we could wait, the way they did. (****** Much?). This was already beyond the 40 minutes mentioned. We again requested feedback on our order. Where kitchen staff refuse to give any feedback in regards and the ladies then requested the on-duty manager to find out on their behalf on our order and they also refused to answer him. I then requested my money back. I am so upset in regards to this and vow to never support Roman Pizza's ever again. This is so pathetic and just to disclose to all that I was well mannered and courteous in my approach when I've placed the order. Never again!!!
