Unhappy regular customer

Good day i sent a complaint on Facebook page for Romans and they have since said they will get someone to contact me unfortunately im still waiting how bad can the service get?? Below is what i had sent. Good day I'm sending this message as a very dissapointed customer, i called in at Romans Lenasia South to order 2 large pizzas i get in the store and as i read up and see the 199 special I'm excited for it amd asked if o could get same pizza i bought in the special offered and im told no as they have already punched it in and no one has password to void. I am a paying customer and have a choice of what I'm paying for its not my issue that they are not given the password why would that inconvenience me as all i wanted os special offered. Im not happy at all as this is my nearest store but the service i recieved was horrible all i left with was my pizza with no ice cream and cold drin****!All this happened on the 28th and have been waiting to be contacted since then
