Unhappy client

I would like to lodge a complaint about the service I received at Romans Pizza Littleton.

During my visit, I was assisted by a staff member named Tshepang, who was visibly unwell. She was continuously sniffing and sneezing while serving me. This was very concerning, especially in a food handling environment where hygiene should be a top priority.

What made the situation worse is that management allowed her to continue working in that condition. Not only was I uncomfortable, but other customers also expressed surprise that she was not sent home while clearly sick.

This raises serious concerns about health and safety standards at this branch. Customers should not be exposed to potential health risks when purchasing food.

I believe management should take responsibility for ensuring that sick employees are not placed in positions where they handle food or interact closely with customers.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and that proper measures are implemented to prevent this from happening again
