UNHAPPY CLIENT AND SERVICE

Good day, I ordered from your Sunninghill branch. I got a message to say that my order will take 45 Minutes, after one hour I had to go to the branch to find out where my food was. They tell me that the driver is usy driving around and they need to make me a new pizza. I had to call the branch and they called me back to say they need to make me a new pizza as the first one was cold so i said. perfect. 10 minutes later they sent me the pizza but the driver told me that they only warmed my food up, not even making me a new one. So after paying the R35.00 delivery fee I still get my old pizza just warmed up. Service in this country is so bad that i had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes for a warmed up pizza.
