Unfriendly and rude staff
<p>We are regular customers at Romans Pizza Southdowns. On Friday we ordered to collect, when we got to the shop there were 2 ladies and a man standing behind the counter, not one of them even bothered to greet us. I gave them the order number and when I handed her my card she said they do not take cards that you have to swipe. This was not told to me over the phone and we never had a problem with it previously when we paid for our food. When I said to her why wasn't this told to me over the phone she just pulled up her shoulder, they didn't even try to help or apologise. Clearly the store does not care if you buy from there or not, the attitude clearly stated this. From now on we will rather buy somewhere else in the area before supporting Romans again.</p>
Hi Deodene, I am very sorry that you had to experience such poor service at the Southdowns store! This is certainly not acceptable. I will make sure that your feedback is escalated to the store owner to address these concerns with the urgency that it deserves. They will also be getting in touch with you personally in this regard. I really do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to make this up to you.
