Dear Romans Pizza Newton Park Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and serious concern regarding the pizza I received today from your store (Order #DFD***). Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the pizza was undercooked—particularly the base and toppings, as clearly shown in the attached photo.

This is completely unacceptable from a reputable brand like Romans Pizza. Not only did this completely ruin our meal, but it also put the health of me and my family at serious risk. Undercooked food, especially when served to children and the elderly, can have dangerous consequences, and I expected far better standards of quality and safety.

We trusted Romans Pizza for a safe and enjoyable meal, but this experience was the opposite—disappointing, unsafe, and careless. I request a full explanation as to how this happened, and I believe a full refund or compensation is the very least your team should offer in response.

I urge you to investigate this matter with urgency and ensure that no other customer is put at similar risk.
