unaceptable attatude

My wife ordered pizzas over the phone , she was rudely over the phone if she had read correctly on the website very rudely. she phoned back a second time to confirm the order. very unfriendly over the phone. When I arrived they could not find my order as they didnt even spell my surname correctly or had the correct phone number and order number. The woman that helped me was the assistant manager stefanie .She has also very rude to me ans rolled her eyes a few times as i asked her about the order. I then told her not to get an attitude with me and she rudely told me to go and fetch the Manager Gerhard. When he came I told him im not going to take there attitude and i will give the pizza back and i will ask my money back.<br> <br> If this is the way they talk to customers I will never but there again. I expect action to be taken against the assistant manager and a apology
