Unacceptable Treatment at Roman’s Pizza Three Rivers

I am writing to express my outrage regarding the appalling treatment my friends and I experienced at Romans Pizza Three Rivers recently. What should have been a fun, lighthearted evening turned into a humiliating encounter that we believe was not only uncalled for but also racially motivated.

We were about to buy a meal, sharing a few laughs, when your manager approached us with an aggressive demeanor. Instead of addressing us politely or asking us to keep the noise down, she chose to kick us out without warning. It was shocking and completely unwarranted. We were not disruptive; we were simply enjoying our time together.

The way we were treated felt deeply unfair, especially considering the diverse atmosphere of your restaurant. We couldn’t help but notice that another group, who were not of our race, were also laughing and even taking it further by using foul language had no repercussions whatsoever. This stark contrast made us feel targeted and disrespected, leading us to believe that our treatment was rooted in racial bias.

This experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths, not just from the pizza but from the sheer disrespect we faced. We expected a welcoming environment, but instead, we felt alienated and unwelcome. It is disheartening to see such behavior in a community space.

I urge you to reflect on this incident and take appropriate steps to ensure that all customers are treated fairly, regardless of their background. We deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, just like everyone else.
