Unacceptable service from Romans Pizza Bellville

I am very unhappy with the continuous bad service from Romans Pizza Bellville. I have ordered Pizza at 17h30 on the app, normal turnaround time is around 45mins. I waited till 18h30 and phoned the branch to find out where or what happened to my order. I was told be some lady that she will phone the driver and get back me, never did. I waited till 18h50 and phoned again, a different lady then helped me on the phone, she asked for the ticket number and had me waiting on the line, the phone just died as if it was put down. I again phoned and finally got hold of the manager ***nor who is always covering up for the bad service. The driver finally arrived after 2 hours with a cold pizza. His excuse was he had 3 orders. I refused to take the pizza and sent him back with it. I love Romans as they are the best in the industry when it comes to pizzas, but this service is unacceptable. *********** and rude when you follow up via phone. It is not the first time this has happened and needs to be solved once and for all.
