Unacceptable Service

On the 19/06/2015 at 18h37 I placed an order with Roman Jean Crossing. 3 large pizzas order number 282.<br> <br> My order was at 20h24. This is totally Unacceptable. Orders that were place after me were ready for collection but unfortunaley for me my order didnt appear on the system.<br> <br> The first time i got to the counter asking for my order the gentlemen took my slip but then pretended i wasnt standing there. I got annoyed about 15 min later and asked another gentlemen if would know if my order was ready and his response to me was there was a error with the system but they will be making my pizza now and if i could just wait 6 minutes.<br> <br> Another 25 min passed and it was still not ready. Finally at 20h24 it as ready. <br> <br> Customer service is very important to me as i work in a Financial Institution and we believe you put your customer first.
