Unacceptable!!

Absolutely shocking service from Roman's Pizza Athlone.

Placed my order and was clearly told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Fine... I planned around that. I arrive, only to be told I must now wait another 20 minutes… and judging by how things were going, it was obvious that was a gross underestimate too. It ended up with a total wait time of one hour and ten minutes.

What’s the point of giving customers a collection time if you’re not going to stick to it? This isn’t a small delay, this is poor time management and complete disregard for people’s time. Standing around waiting in the cold for something that should have been ready is beyond frustrating.

If you can’t handle the volume, be honest about your wait times instead of misleading customers. Sort out your operations, because this kind of service is unacceptable.
