Tzaneen worst service

Worst service ever. So me and my husband call Romans pizza Tzaneen to order those pizzas on special and we were told they cannot assist as they are not selling large pizzas as they are out of boxes. Then they hang up. My husband calls then the person who answers hung up on him as well. We called for the third time and asked to speak to the manager. He said his surname is Letsoalo he then said there is nothing they can do they are out of boxes. We asked them as a manager knowing your line of business how can you run out of boxes. Must we bring out own plates then. He said we can come he will put out pizzas in damaged boxes. This is not the first time the service is poor here. Tzaneen Romans pizza please improve on your service. Management must also take charge and learn some accountability and responsibility
