Two Failures in Two Orders

For the second time in two orders, the Newlands branch has made a complete mess was made of our order. Last time, they did not realise that an order for delivery needed to be delivered. Only when we phoned 90-odd minutes after the 60-minute order, did they realise that delivery was required! This time, the delivery arrived, but the person did not ring the bell, hoot, call, nothing - he just phoned me while I was driving home. Then when I got home, he was blocking the driveway, so I could not get in. Then he took the order out and walks over to me - while I was sitting in my car! When I said that I could not take it and that I needed to drive in - I was blocking the road - he said that there was no answer from the house. When I said that he should ring or something and that I needed to drive in to stop blocking the road, he packed the order away and rode off with it! Unbelievable.
