Turning a bad experience into a good one
I bought pizzas at a Romans Outlet (Somerset West Main Road) in the week. The pizza maker got our order wrong and had to make one pizza over. To my satisfaction I got the "wrong" pizza for free. Good job turning a bad experience into a good one.
