Turned my frown upside down

<p>On Sunday 12/2/2017 we ordered some food at the new Roman’s Pizza in Noble Park. When we got home the chicken salad had no chicken. We phoned the shop to report this and they said they would get back to us – as usual I though … yeah right!!! As something like client service does not exist anymore. Within seconds Jacques ***ner) phoned back and asked if they could deliver the correct order. Within minutes, THE OWNER delivered the replacement salad and threw in some ice tea. What an amazing experience. Thank you Jacques. You will definitely be seeing much more of us.</p> <p> </p>
