Tropika Competition

I recently won a prize in in the Tropika Competition. The prize was a Romans Pizza and a 200ml Tropika Juice. Two weeks after getting the SMS, I went to the Romans Pizza Chatsworth Branch and showed them the SMS that I received. I was told by the employee that they could not provide me with the prize as I needed the tillslip. This was the instructions from the store managers. I was very disappointed as the terms and conditions on the bottle did not stipulate this. I wrote a complaint to Tropika and a week later still no response. I feel that this is very misleading and disappointing service from both Romans and Tropika

We at Romans Pizza pride ourselves in always delivering top quality products and service and anything that does not measure up to our high standards are therefore very disturbing to us.

Unfortunately we experienced a huge amount of ********** smses being sent around with regards to this competition. Please note the Terms and Conditions on the competition - it states that all claims can be disqualified with immediate effect if any ********** activities are suspected. Now, in order to accommodate you the stores ask for your slip in order to give you your prize instead of only disqualifying your claim from start.
