Title: Terrible Service and Product Quality at Maponya's Romans Pizza

Good morning I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality at Romans Pizza Maponya branch. While Jackson consistently provides exceptional pizzas, the rest of the staff fall far short.

On December 8th, 2024, my mother bought a pizza that was a complete letdown. It was dry, smaller than expected for a large, and the crust was so hard that it bruised the inside of my mouth, making it painful to eat or drink. We ended up throwing it away.

This is not the first time we’ve experienced issues. Orders are often mixed up, pizzas are overcooked, and the cheese is insufficient—far below what is standard for your menu.

The service at this branch feels indifferent, as if customers in Soweto are treated as “cash ***s” rather than valued patrons. By comparison, your CBD branches deliver far superior service and product quality.

I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me unsure if I’ll ever support Romans Pizza again. I’m giving you an opportunity to make things right through compensation that reflects your commitment to customer satisfaction.
