Timed out transaction and never got my refund back

I tried to make an online order to collect in store. My transaction timed out before order was finished and for some reason money was already deducted from my account. I went in store asked about it and the cashier told me sometimes when its busy orders dont go through. So I made another order in store paid and left with my pizza. 20:10pm I get a call from Romans Pizza to come collect my order because for whatever reason my order did actually go through later. I told them I am not taking the pizza the error is on their side and I wanted my refund back. Chazile the manager at Norkem Park Romans Pizza assured me that I would get my refund but it would be an online transaction since I had made the order online they couldnt give me cash in store. I made an enquiry with online crew and they made me go up and down driving back and forth to Romans pizza because well on their side that money was never deducted from my account. I sent them my bank statement which clearly showed money was deducted. Chats from my bank also confirming this. I went to my bank again physically because they kept on refusing to refund me my money and my bank said there is nothing they could do because the money was deducted from my account and that transaction actually went through. I tried on numerous occassions to get this resolved with Mandy but they kept insisting that the transaction never went through. My question then to them was Norkem Corner Romans Pizza confirmed the transaction went through hence they made that Pizza and called me to collect it. Why would they do that if it didnt go through and my bank statement still shows that money was deducted for that pizza. So in short I paid twice for a pizza and they refused to refund me my money.! All I can say after more than 3 weeks to get my money back with no luck, do not order pizza online incase something like this happens you lose your money. You end up wasting so much money in fuel and making calls just to get your money back and in the end you never get it back. They will REFUSE to refund
