There's plastic in my Romans pizza (Croydon)

I bought pizza via Mr Delivery last night and whilst eating I found a piece of plastic. Phoned the store and was promised the managers on duty will call me. They never did. I phoned the store again today to find out why they did not call and was told they were busy but will come back to me. Thandeka and Abigail are the worst store managers and they **** to their cashier on both days that they will call back but up until now, no communication from them. No more Roman's Pizza for my family ever until they correct this horrible customer service.I wouldn't give a star as they dont deserve it. If it was up to me those managers should be replaced as they dont care about their customers,a lot of people lot their jobs during the pandemic and Thandeka and Abigail don't value their jobs. To them it's just a title.
