Theft

I am in hospital so I ordered 2 pizza pies for my kids at home, through the on line order everything was fine and went through. When the delivery guy got to my kids he we're rude and shouted pay you must pay so my daughter not understanding why she paid with her card again why did we both had to pay this is theft
