The **** at Romans Pizza Van Der Hoff Road Pretoria

Romans Pizza Van Der Hoff Road Pretoria has the worst customer service, I placed my order at 17:21pm and paid online as I'm writing this review its now the following day at 12:42pm my order hasn't been delivered yet. When I called to inquire about my order the manager had the audacity to ask me if I was sure that my order wasn't delivered. This made me question their level of competency and how they keep track of their deliveries clearly they don't keep track of anything. The store manager didn't even apologise for their horrible service
