Terrible service Romans pizza MAYVILLE

For the past few times that I ordered pizza online from Romans Mayville it has been a terrible disaster of an experience. Tonight I have placed my order 474 at 18:16 and @20:30 got cut off from the line twice after 25 mins, and is still unable to get hold of them to confirm when our food will be delivered.

Really it is over 2hours _ All I can say is, PATHETIC. The previous order is just as bad with cold food after waiting unreasonxble amount of times and empty aplogies.

This is atrocious
