Terrible service

Ordered from Highlands North Branch. The order and paid for the order however they then decided they cant deliver. Now there is lots of stories about refunding me. This is ridiculous!!!!! Why even allow me to place an order for delivery if it is not in your area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your staff seriously needs training about how to handle this type of situation on the phone
