Terrible service

We placed an order to Roman's pizza in blackheath over phone call the person who answered my phone call was so rude had no phone etiquette to a customer didn't even know should she ask for my details or not for delivery which I dought she gave the delivery guy my phone number or not then the s****** guy didn't even show up to deliver we decide to waste outside in this cold to see if they would come until I had to stop a random guy from a different company to go check what is happening with our order yes he come bck but the pizza was already cold which was sad for me nd my family other refused to eat the pizza due to the coldness of it I'm very angry and I want a refund of my money if it wasn't for the stranger I stopped on the side of the road I wouldn't have paid at all
