Terrible Service at Romance Pizza Horseshoe

I had a very disappointing experience at Romance Pizza Horseshoe. I placed an online order and went inside to pay and collect after 20 minutes, only to be told it was still “busy.” I was asked to come back after another 15 minutes, as indicated. When I returned, I found out the order had been prepped but was never even put into the oven.

This is unacceptable service. There was no communication, no apology, and no urgency to fix the mistake. A simple order took far longer than it should have, and the lack of attention to customers was extremely frustrating.

Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
