Terrible service and Communication

Placed an order, via uber eats... saw the driver coming to my delivery address... but there was no contact or communication and my food was not delivered. Contacted the store and said they need to look into it. Contacted uber eats still waiting for someone to contact me 3 hours later. When I called the store they were aware of this driver and someone was laughing in the background.
