Terrible service after a complaint

For a while i was recieving very small five rand size pieces of bacon on a large pizza bacon and avo, i complained tohead office and was told next time i go in it would be rectified, ive had a lady phn and sayshewod sort it out..since that it has happened 4 times..after the second i informed them that i was the complainant to which i recieved very bad attitude fromthe staff..instead of just buying pizza froma totally diff company i still go back to recieve the same issue and zero regard for the fact that they have been spoken to by a romans rep or whatver she is..its a disgrace and i enjoy their pizza its the only take out i eat..its got tothe point where i will no longer buy from romans the usual twice a week..not the first issue ive had with a romans pizzeria yet like an idiot i still went back untill this...its not about getting anything for free as itold the manager i simply want a quality pizza that I PAY for..and a little customer satisfaction after complaining...apparently its too much to ask
