Terrible Service

On Sunday the 10th of January my wife and I went to the Roman's pizza to purchase supper. We got there around 20:50 and placed an order which came to about R500 for two specials and other pizzas. Once we got the order and I checked it, I noticed that the one pizza we ordered was not the correct pizza. We ordered the chicken pineapple pizza but got just a normal chicken pizza. When I asked where is the pine apple, the teller just said or they forgot in the back to put pine apple. Guess what, the pizza went back, not sure if the guys were rushing to go home but they just cut the pineapple and threw it over the pizza which looked disgusting. Just too bad I could'nt take a pic of it. We were toltaly upset by this. My wife then contacted the manager ***rie who just said that he will speak to his manager. This is not the first complaint we had with this branch. About two weeks prior to this, my wife went to buy pizza, the pizza was all stuck to the box. When she complained, the same manager advised that he will speak to his manager of the store. When my wife spoke to this ***rie and asked him about the previous complaint, he addressed as Fatima, so how many other complaints they received
