Terrible service
The past two times we ordered from Romans we had terrible service and when we ask to speak to someone in charge we are met with shrugs and blank stares. Tonight we ordered ahead of time, got the wrong ingredients, they then sprinkled the missing ingredients on top without running it back through the pizza grill and then when i complained they remade the one pizza and i left after waiting for an hour i left with a few cold pizza and one remade one. No owner/person in charge in sight, and quite a few rude stares from the kitchen staff...
