Terrible food and service

Ordered a large pizza and 2l cooldrink and four glasses because the last time i'd been there they sold us paper cups(For sit-in) The clueless cashier told me they didn't have paper cups & did not bother to tell me that I had to pay R20 deposit/glass. The fetaroni pizza i got was so soggy we could hardly eat it.. when we showed it to the manager he said it was because of the tomato base, a lame excuse because I always buy that pizza elsewhere and its always ok. He went on and on trying to justify himself and after what seemed like eternity offered to make us another one, which we turned down because he'd already wasted too much of our time. Worst pizza ever
