Terrible Delivery Experience – Ice-Cold Pizza & Missing Items

I ordered from Roman's Pizza on March 19th at 6:25 PM, expecting my meal within the confirmed 35-minute timeframe. After an hour of waiting, I called the store and was told the driver had already left and would arrive soon.

Another 30 minutes passed, and I called again—same response: "He's on the way." Another 30 minutes later, I called yet again, only to hear the exact same excuse.

Finally, at 8:30 PM (over 2 hours later!), the driver arrived with ice-cold pizza and forgot my energy drinks. He assured me he’d return quickly with them. While waiting, I tried eating the pizza, but it tasted terrible due to how cold and stale it had become.

After yet another 30 minutes, at 9 PM, the driver finally came back with the drinks. This entire experience was beyond disappointing—horrible service, freezing cold food, and missing items.

I expected far better from Roman’s Pizza, but this was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again unless they improve their service drastically.
