Terrible customer service

I went to Romans Pizza Raisethorpe at Moosas Square in Pietermaritzburg. Upon my arrival I was served by a guy named Bivesh Singh. I ordered 2 Peri Peri Chicken Pizza Pies and 2 Feta and Spinach. After my order came I just collected it and went home. To my surprise I see it was 2 Peri Peri Pizza Pies and 2 Chicken and Mayo. When I looked at my receipt it says 2 peri peri and 2 sweet chilli. I called them to find out what happened to my order as to how it was incorrect and Bivesh was the one to answer my call, he then gave the call to his manager Cohen who asked if I can come to the store to sort it. I agreed and went. When I arrived at the store I went to the same guy Bivesh. He tried to make me a **** and argued that he told me it was sweet chilli. I told him he did mention anything of that as I know what I have ordered. The manager then came in and was sorting the order out. While the manager left and went to the back, Bivesh decided to walk to his colleague's till point and then gossip about me, I over heard the whole conversation. Firstly it's not customer ethics to speak of a customer, bad mouthing me right in front of my eyes, secondly the Feta and spinach pies were bought for vegetarian people. Anyway Bivesh came to his till point where I was standing and waiting. I asked him why his talking about me. He rudely told me I am not allowed to easedrop in his conversation I told him i am standing right there its natural for me to hear what he said. He kept arguing and having attitude and eventually told me to just go and wait outside that's when I lost it and swore him, not to say the store was busy for him to serve the next customer as he had the time to gossip with his colleague, so what he wanted me to wait outside for? So he can continue his gossiping? He ran off to his manager screaming and saying I swore him. His manager came to see what happened and Bivesh just could not stop talking and was talking above his manager Cohen and myself, his manager tried calming him down but he heard nothing and his manager had to repeatedly tell him to go wait at the back as he will need to speak to him, eventually he did go to the back. Upon his returned he kept staring at me like he wants to kill me. Is this the people you'll train to help customers? Is this the customer service we get for his ill mannered behavior? I truly am disgusted by this. And I'll never recommend this place to anyone. This guy Bivesh is rude and ruthless he has no ethics or even customer manners. He needs proper training and not to argue with a customer or even gossip!
