Terrible customer service

Roman's Pizza Rosemead,a huge disappointment.got a pizza with very hard Avos,had a slice so did my husband called in to complain about my order and was asked to bring it back for my refund/exchange only to get there and be told by their manager there's nothing she can do caz I ate the slices.I guess we need to taste by our eyes.Anyways I gave them their pizza back even after the manager refused to change the pizza or give me back my money.I got ****** and I just told myself am done with Roman's pizza.Will never support a business that doesn't value their customers.They can keep my R124.90 with their bad customer service.
