Terrible Customer Service

Hi,<br> We ordered Romans Pizza from the Ridgeway Branch, the 2 large pizzas special for R99. We called at 18:05 to telephonically place the order and was told we can collect in half an hour. Went through to collect my order and only received our order at 19h00 even though we placed our order telephonically. There were people (i guess regulars) who placed orders after us at the outlet yet they received their orders before me. When i asked the lady at the counter, all she said is there is nothing i can do with such bad attitude and no apology for the long wait.<br> Please do not advertise specials if outlets cannot cope with the orders otherwise only allow selected outlets who can manage with the load to offer these specials. <br> I definitely will not be visiting this outlet again.
