Terrible customer service

<p>I am appalled by the customer service, every time I come to this Romans pizza in Brooklyn they don't understand what I want . I love Romans pizza but they never get the order right. This is due to the fact that the staff is *********** and they don't understand English . </p> <p> And every time I come to collect my pizza it's the wrong pizza and then there's a huge argument . I would advise Romans Pizza management team , to review all staff at this Romans pizza and to review all phone calls made . </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first or the second or the third time now ! </p> <p>Please hear my complaint and make a change ! </p>
