Such attitude form the owner

Talk about the attitude the owner . I ordered a tropical pizza at garankuwa branch and i receive only topping of pineapple no beacon. Made a call to fhe branch to notify them of the mistake the did, the owner said the is no away that they could make such mistake cause he is the one that was busy with that order.. to my suprise the delivery guys only saw that the pizza was not complete n called the owner to notify them of the mistake, the arrogance that came from Mike was shocking 😲😲😲, could not even acknowledge the mistake done fdom their side. Do we really deserve such service from them more especially it was not a credit but cash on hand. Mind you this is not for the first time such incident happen from them. Was hoping this will change instant its getting worse day by day.. I am hoping something could be done asap.
