I went there(Romans Pizza Ben Fleur) on August 15 around 18:30 to collect a customer's order that I need to deliver around the area. There were 7 other drivers waiting to be attended to when the store manager came and told us to stand outside while walk-in customers are being assisted-Mind you,my order was already late for 40 good minutes. We all asked as to why we're being chased away and he gave us a "middle of the road answer" saying that because he wanted to. We never left the store because we felt our customers were equally important and as far as the business is concerned-They are given time to prepare online orders before the order is allocated to an available driver. He came too close to assaulting me physically because he felt like we should've left the store when he wanted us to do so without giving us a proper explanation as to why we're supposed to. And also,I hope head office sees the footage of the incompetency he displayed in the presence of other customers in the store. He is such a bully and lacks values. I know what I stood for was right and as a store manager he failed to handle a simple inconvenience that could've been resolved on time. The area manager was also present,he tried to intervene but Mr.Superhero was all over the place wanting to act big in a small town.He threatened me to never come back to the store and that he'll make sure. I'm completely dissatisfied and all customers that are being delivered to complain about the same thing everyday. That store is poorly managed!!!
