Store closed

I made an online purchase last night, didn't give me the option for delivery and I then opted for in-store collection. I got an order confirmation to go collect it in 20 minutes. When I got there, the store was closed I'm thinking because they don't have a generator because there was load shedding. Why are they accepting orders when the store was closed? I'm shook that such a huge establishment doesn't have back up power. I was greatly inconvenienced as I had to purchase another meal elsewhere and queue whereas I've paid them. I'm actually ****ed ?. It's after 11:00 am the next day, and no means of contact has been made with me to try and remedy the situation because I'm definitely sure they ca pick up orders that they got last night but the store was closed. Can you please fix this mess.
