Stock before customer satisfaction
I purchased a pizza today at Romans in promenade Mitchell's plain and ordered a sweet chilli chicken pizza which the cashier advised me that there is no feta cheese and I asked if it can be replaced with normal cheddar cheese and she said no as it would mess up the stock they have left. How is that my problem I feel that they could at least change it for another cheese and not tell me about the stock they have. I don't feel that I got my money's worth.
