Staff threatened by customer. Owners name thrown around

I went to the Lakefield store today. I am sure this is a franchise store. I got there at about 11:57 am. There was an Indian gentleman going on about his order that was not ready.

Silly me thought that the staff is to blame until I spoke to the cashier only to find out that his order should have been ready @ 12. He walked out at 11:59.

What absolutely disgusts me is the way he spoke to the staff and that when he walked out he threatened the staff by saying that he will talk to the owner / manager. I wish that the owner / manager was there to see the absolute dismay on his staffs faces.

I frequently go to this Romans because the food and service is great. My message to the owner / manager is that, you have a great store and staff there. Don't let your friends/family/acquaintences spoil this by threatening your staff by using your name. It puts a really sour taste in people's mouths
