Staff think that sticking their fingers into my meal is okay.

I am a regular customer at my local Roman's Pizza, and I am normally happy with the standard of the service and food, but last night was totally different.

I called in and placed my order for collection (A tangy Russian with no onion, and a chicken lasagne) and came into the store to collect it about 20 minutes later. The store was busy, so my order was not ready, which is understandable. After waiting for about another 20/30 minutes, my number was called (121) and I came to the counter to collect it, but the tangy russian had onions on it. They apologised and kind of just stood there. I asked if it would take another hour to get a new pizza made, or if they could put a rush on it for me by jumping the oven queue, and was told that they would "fix it" for me. The staffs idea of fixing it for me was to pass it back to the woman that was cutting and boxing the pizzas for her to pick the onion off it with her fingers without washing her hands or wearing gloves or anything. Just shoving her fingers into my food and pulling out the bits of onion. They brought it back to the counter as if this had solved my problem. I told them that not only was this not okay, but there was still onion on the pizza anyway. They agreed to make another one for me. My new pizza was ready after order 139 was called out... another 40 minutes later... I took my pizza home, where I ate it, while my mother tried to eat her now ice-cold chicken lasagne. What a wonderful last meal together before she emigrated to the UK today. Thanks, Roman's
