Soggy ******* pizzas.

I ordered the Special (R144.99) at Romans Pizza Liberty Promenade. The topping was so soggy. When I complained about it, I was told to send pics by a supposedly manager. I has guests on Sunday 6th November and this was lunch. Because I only noticed after one of the kids had consumed a slice and I took a bite out of the other pizza's slice, I was told that I cannot get a refund. Before this, I was told to bring the pizzas back. I had to take transport or walk (a 66year old woman), REALLY. Well the real franchise owner was contact, he was the one with the no replacement comment. The end result was, that I had to make food, which I had no intention of doing in the first place. I am damned sure I was not the only customer receiving this atrocious service. I have been a customer for many years and, will definitely not praise them or send anybody, I mean, no person to ever buy from Romans Pizza Libeerty Promenade, Mitchell's Plain EVER again. They will ***** your money and not refund your money or replace an order, even when it was their MESS. I suppose Waheed (franchise owner) is used to feeding his family soggy pizzas. Well I am not used to paying R144.99 for messy, soggy *******.
