Shockingly bad service Romans Pizza Soneika

I wish to register my extreme anger, disappointment and utter disgust at the delivery service of Romans Pizza, Soneika. I ordered pizzas from them at 19:00 and was informed that delivery would be 40 minutes later. It is now 20:19 and we are still waiting for the delivery to take place. After an hour I phoned Romans Pizza Soneika to find out where the pizzas were. Told that the driver was on his way. Or that's what I understood the message to be. A couple of minutes later I was phoned by the delivery person asking me to give him coordintates of where my home is. This after they had my address given via their online service. We are now still waiting for delivery and it is now an hour and a half AFTER the order was placed. There is a 9 o'clock curfew and people need to eat and go home before this curfew comes into effect. People are hungry and this sort of service is totally unacceptable to me. If I may say this is not the first time this has happened regarding this company and their delivery service. Once before my son ordered from them and they also had the same trouble regarding delivery. A long wait resulting in them also having to phone the company asking where their pizzas were. I am sorry but I will NOT be ordering any further pizzas from this *********** company or rather branch. To say I am disgusted and highly disappointed with the service from Romans Pizza in Soneika is putting it mildly. Unfortunately when rating their service I am required to show a star rating. Personally they don't deserve any
