Shocking service and food! - Wellington Romans Pizza

We ordered pizza's to be collected. Once we arrived, we were told that they never received our order. I placed the order in person with them again. Only to find out later that our order was given to a previous client. The manager looked very confused, and said she didn't know how to explain how it happened. I was happy to receive my pizza's and then I left. Upon arriving home, we decided to put the bad experience behind us. We then experienced the worst pizza's we ever tasted. It was a combination of raw, rubber, bland and hard.

I would really like to know what management is planning to do about this. This is the Wellington Romans Pizza franchise in Wellington, Western Cape.
