SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER COMPLAINT
I recently bought two "thick base" pizzas from Romans Pizza in Valley View, Krugersdorp. What a disaster!!! The base was half raw and gooey. I wrote to Romans Pizza (TWICE) without them even bothering to respond.
They obviously have no clue of what the words "customer service" means.
If that is their attitude, I will never ever eat their pizza again!
