Service with excellence

I ordered dinner using Ubereats for the first time today (the 1st day of December), I doubt I completed my order as I didn't receive any confirmation for it. I called at 20:50 to check my order, the call was answered by Dimatso who tried to understand my challenge and asked me to hold for Salome, her manager. Salome didn't focus on the problem, but asked me if I can make it to the store before they close at 21:00, in 4min. I have never come across a person who still concider her clients needs 4 minutes before they knock off, unless that person is a true definition of service with excellence👏👏👏I hope the management chain of Romans pizza Atlyn give both Dimatso and Salome the recognition they deserve
