Service stops before 20h00 Roman's walmer park

I arrived last night at 19h40 at Roman's pizza Walmer Park in Port Elizabeth wanting to order. Not sure why I was turned away. Only reply I got is that they are closing. Really.... Month End, 19h40, curfew extended to midnight and restaurants in SA are moaning about slow business. I think staff are just there to earn a shift wage and dont care about business. Website shows closing time at 21h00 not sure what the door sign says
