Service recovery is paramount!

Placed a phone order with Romans. Went to collect it and the order was never put on the system. Thanks to Fiona it was sorted within minutes. Mistakes happen, no one is perfect, but managing expectations and service recovery is paramount. Thank you Fiona, you really understand the concept of customer service. Enjoying the pizza as we speak.
