Service disappointment

Placed an online order for collection at the Dolphins Leap Roman's Pizza and they only started making the Pizza when I was at the store which meant I had to wait an additional 15minutes after the estimated completion time. As if that was not enough, I was given a damp pan base. I waited for a Pizza that's not even well done. I am utterly disappointed by the service I received here as this is one of the regular branches I use.
