SERVICE COMPLAINT ON A SERVICE COMPLAINT AT THE WORST ROMANS PIZZA IN SOUTH AFRICA

My wife telephonically ordered pizzas, at Romanz Pizza Elarduspark during March 2018, for the whole family. We were visiting our children from Theron Farming, Elandsfontein Farm (20 km on the Delmas Road). When she wanted to collect it the order was already finalized (given out).

The incompetant manager asked her if she was sure that she had the right order number and when she insisted that she did he wanted to collect the order from the person to whom it was issued. She told him that she will not accept pizzas that has left the premises.

She had to wait a long time for new pizzas to be made. Our planned schedule was disrupted and a bussiness apointment in our home town, Potchefstroom had to be cancelled.

She laid an official complaint and received a voucher. On 2018-04-06 we again ordered pizzas from the same pathethic branch and when it was collected they could not use the voucher as it was not activated. They let us wait for forty five minutes and when there was still no progress I insisted to see the useless manager. He was not on the premises and they phoned him and gave me a cellular telephone to speak to him.

He said that the matter will have to wait until Monday, 2018-04-09. As I had no other option I took the pizzas as another voucer or more was definately earned and left. ROMANS PIZZA ELARDUSPARK'S IS A DISGRACE.
